Castle Design by MDISYSTEM 3060: NO KEYS, NO WIRES, NO LIMITS

Mechanical locking systems quickly reach their limits and become a costly security risk if keys are lost or copied. The Digital Locking and Access Control System 3060 offers a secure and efficient alternative.  The Complete System 3060 is comprised of locks, credentials, software and an optional communication network – which are controlled solely by radio frequency, without cables. Just press a button - and the door is unlocked. Every access is logged for later examination.

BENEFITS

  • Quick, wireless installation: The wireless System 3060 is economical to install in new and existing buildings, and can be put into operation without extensive preparations.Harbor Design by MDI

  • Easy to adapt: The System 3060 is modular in structure and ranges from the simple lock system for a few doors all the way to complex, computer-controlled access control systems. It can be adapted and extended at any time. New plans can be implemented with a minimum of effort, and documented clearly.

  • Seamless security: Radio data transmission is encrypted and structured to avoid unauthorized reading or tampering. The active transponder technology, which enables all of the electronic components to be installed in a protected, inside area, offers security against vandalism. Lost transponders can be immediately blocked from the system reducing security risk whatsoever.

  • Central control: Depending on your requirements, the system can be used to control the building’s security online from anywhere in the world. Its ingenious software allows you to make every change in real time, and protect against unauthorized access and further damage.Manor Design by MDI

  • Highly economical: An investment in a digital lock system is offset by low subsequent costs, minimal administration and servicing work, and a gratifying long service life. You can also save when it comes to investing in additional access control systems, since this function is already integrated into the 3060 digital locking and access control system.

TRANSPONDER 3064TRANSPONDER 3064 by Metropolitan

Replace mechanical keys that can easily be copied and cause expensive re-keying when lost, with this award-winning, active RF-based, transponder. With a push of the button you can unlock doors and control a wide range of equipment as authorized by the system administrator. If the transponder is lost or stolen, it can easily be disabled and a replacement issued without the expense of mechanical changes to the lock. In fact, one transponder can be programmed to provide different levels of access at different times of day across multiple SimonsVoss lock systems. This may be the only "key" you need.

BIOMETRIC TRANSPONDER Q 3007BIOMETRIC TRANSPONDER Q 3007 by Metropolitan

Replace mechanical keys that can easily be copied and cause expensive re-keying when lost with this award-winning active, RF-based, biometric transponder. Up to six authorized fingerprints can be stored in the transponder. The user pushes the button and then smoothly swipes the finger across the sensor. If the fingerprint read matches one of the authorized fingerprints, the transponder unlocks the door or activates control of a wide range of equipment as authorized by the system administrator. If the transponder is lost or stolen, it can easily be disabled and a replacement issued without the expense of mechanical changes to the lock. And even if the loss is not discovered for some time, nobody but those with the authorized fingerprint can use it. Each transponder can be  programmed to provide different levels of access at different times of day across multiple SimonsVoss lock systems.

PINCODE KEYPAD 3068PINCODE KEYPAD 3068 by Metropolitan

There are times when carrying a credential such as a transponder is inconvenient or even impossible. Sometimes it is only important to separate those who can enter from those who cannot, and it is not important to associate each entry with a specific person. In these cases the wireless keypad allows the user to gain entry only by knowing the proper sequence of numbers to press on the keypad. The pincode keypad supports up to three unique numeric sequences of four to eight digits allowing you to configure and track up to three distinct groups of people using this keypad. The pincode keypad is battery powered for 100,000 operations and is designed for either interior or exterior use.

DIGITAL LOCKS

Electronic access control beautifully contained completely in the handle of a door. This system provides the security, flexibility, and convenience of access control in a lock that installs as easily as a mechanical lock and costs much less than traditional electronic systems. An active-tag transponder performing challenge/response encryption replaces the mechanical key, eliminating the ability to copy or forge keys. The digital lock provides the ability to control access by time and date, easily add and remove authorized users and track their use of the lock.

BENEFITS:
- Reduce installation costs with a completely cable-free,
battery powered solution

- Reduce operating costs using a very simple software

- Reduce security risks with fully encrypted communications

- Reduce integration costs by extending the system beyond the door lock

SMART RELAY 3063SMART RELAY 3063 by Metropolitan

The Smart Relay allows a SimonsVoss transponder to activate a relay with the same authorizations and restrictions provided by any SimonsVoss lock. This means the transponder can control a Maglock, electric strike, parking gate, overhead door, lighting systems, or other equipment. The output relay can also be controlled by time as well as, or instead of, a transponder.

SHUNT LOCK 3066SHUNT LOCK 3066 by Metropolitan

The shunt lock function enables an authorized System 3060 transponder to arm and disarm an alarm system. The alarm system can only be armed if all of the doors in the security zone are closed. As soon as the alarm system is armed, the secured doors can no longer be opened accidentally (positive control). Emergency opening (in the event of a fire, for example) is still possible.

WAVENET WIRELESS NETWORK 3065WAVENET WIRELESS NETWORK 3065 by Metropolitan

Wireless network for connecting digital cylinders and Smart Relays to a central computer. Data is transmitted via 915 MHz. All of the subassemblies are supplied in plastic casings. LockNodes are battery-operated; routers and CentralNodes require external power supplies.

Now with the following new features:

- 50% greater range at 915 MHz

- 100% longer battery life

- Parallel task handling

PROGRAMMING DEVICESPROGRAMMING DEVICES by Metropolitan

There are different options for programming a SimonsVoss lock system:

  • Small lock systems can be configured without software using the Programming Transponder 3067.

  • Larger systems can be managed using one of the two software programs available. The data is then transferred to the field devices using the SmartCD programming unit connected to the computer with a USB cable.

  • If a more portable tool is desired, the lock plan can be downloaded from the computer into a handheld device running Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher, which communicates with the SmartCD via Bluetooth.

LDB LOCKING PLAN SOFTWARELDB LOCKING PLAN SOFTWARE by Metropolitan

  • LDB Locking Data Base software for the programming system components, standalone version.

  • If the SmartCD is being used with a laptop or desktop, then the PRO.SW locking plan software must be used.

  • If a Windows Mobile device is also being used, then the SmartLSM user interface will also be required in addition to the PRO.SW locking plan software.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

- The locking plan software runs under Windows NT/ 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server

- Available hard disk space: 750 MB. Main memory: at least 256 MB

- Disk space required for each lock plan: approx. 1–2 MB
